I FIND this time of year really odd. Not only has Manchester moved to the artic circle recently, but, Chelsea's hair has grown 12 inches overnight! I hope she hasn't thieved it from a poor Eastern Bloc girl. You can just imagine her creeping up on Helga, then chopping away at her long flowing locks. I also see my little sexy friend running away chuckling to herself and Helga chasing her and wrestling her to the ground like only those Russian girls do, (that was the best DVD I ever watched!) Anyhoo! Talking of hair, (let's leave the Russian bit for a while,) how do you fancy a top Friday out for you, your mum, best mates or that special some one in your life?

Well this Friday is Key103's Feel Good Look Great 2007 in conjunction with the NHS. It's an afternoon and evening for you to experience, share and learn about health, well-being and beauty.

It takes place from 4pm at the Lowry Hotel. There'll be dozens of stalls offering advice on cosmetic surgery to hairstyles, and teeth whitening to salsa dancing. To top it all off there are demonstrations and a chance to ask the specialists anything you like. Also to bring the event to a close my other half Chelsea will be hosting a fashion show featuring all the trends you'll be wearing this Summer. Actually she's been trying to get me to model, I'm not sure if that's me really. I don't think I can do the runway walk properly , and I'm sure I'll struggle with those high heels.

If you fancy it, get down to the Lowry Hotel and pop in. You will not be disappointed! Tickets cost £10 and I'm assured that you'll end up with a bag full of samples, vouchers and anything else you can blag for nothing. I was gonna let my Mrs go, but if I left her with a credit card and over 30 exhibitors, God knows what she'd come back with. I don't get these type of things. But I know the women love it.
