I JUST love this weather. I don't care about global warming if this is the way forward.

Hope you've had a good few weeks of sunning it up in the garden, doing a bit of DIY and even being run ragged by the kids while they've been off school. Talking of kids, my son Luca had his 3rd birthday party at the weekend. Oh my god, looking after your own kids is hard work - but 23 other peoples kids is just hell. Add to the fact that we spent 4 hours feeding them every e-number ever made and enough sugar that we had to scrape seven from the church hall rafters.

I've only just recovered, but what has made it beneficial is the amount of cool toys Luca's now got. Well, I say he's got, he's more interested in the boxes. I'm the one getting all the benefit out of a remote controlled tractor and a Superman energy belt!

Any hoo apart from my fatherly goings-on there's loads happening on Key 103 at the moment. Chelsea's had her Fat Expose' in Closer magazine. It's actually very good and I'm dead proud of her for losing all that weight - 16 pounds in total is very good, but thank god the diet moodswings' are over. Blimey, I didn't think one person could lose the plot over a bowl of Rice Krispies and 3 cut strawberries!

By the way, please don't mention last weeks grand national. I'm still getting hate mail from people who followed my Wedding Ring of Destiny' prediction. Every time there's a big horse race I throw my lucky wedding ring at the race card and it picks a winner - this time NumbersixValverde. Yeah, as I say, less said the better. The winner was of course Silver Birch - that's one useless lucky ring!
