CHAMPAGNE corks were popping at the launch of a new overseas property agency in Hale.

Morpheus Investments, which specialises in luxury golf property investments in Cyprus, opened the doors to its new location in the village.

The company was formed in 1996 and sells a range of luxury investment properties in Larnaca, Tersefanou and Kiti ranging from £60,000 to £550,000.

Dani Maxton, managing director of Morpheus Investments who lives in Bowdon said: "We are delighted to be located in one of the most affluent villages in Cheshire and we look forward to taking a proactive role in the Hale business community. We've worked hard to develop our reputation for being the UK's leading provider of Cyprus investment property."

Morpheus Investments employs 12 people and has six key developments on the island aimed at property investors seeking to generate a return on their investment.
